VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
Fair Date: Saturday, May 7, 2016 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Fair Site: Richland Veterans City Park. Columbus/Ft. Benning is 35 mi to north, Albany 50 miles to south, Americus 25 mi to east, and Eufaula, Al 35 mi to west. We are the center of EVERYWHERE!
Booth Fees: $35 for 10x10 tent space. ($30 FOR VETERANS) Electric sites will be $10 extra. Please inform us of whether you have a tent (no funeral tent), trailer, or other, and give dimensions. We need this information in order to place you in the best spot possible. Fees are non-refundable except for emergency reasons or unavailable space, in which case, applicant fees will be returned. A member of Post 128 will contact applicant in order to inform them of acceptance or denial. Booth space cannot be guaranteed until paid in full. Checks are to be made payable to American Legion Post 128. There will be a fee of $30 for any returned checks.
Deadline: Final day for reservations is Monday, May 2. Booth fee must be sent with application. Spots will not be reserved until fees are paid in full. Send applications and fee to: A.L. Post 128, c/o Hank Wilson, 64 Harris St., Richland, Ga 31825.

Art/Crafts/Gourmet Food: Please specify type of craft you plan to exhibit. Exhibits MUST be original and handmade by the applicant. Craft kits are not acceptable. Art prints offered by artists may not exceed 50% of offering and original art must meet or exceed 50% of offering. This is a non-juried show.
Food: Please specify food you plan to serve. Only two vendors will be allowed to serve the same items. This is a first come first serve. (Due to exclusive vendors no-showing). Each food vendor is required to have their own safe serve certificate. Limited electrical availability (15 amp).
Children’s Activity: Applicants must provide certificate of insurance, if applicable.
Educational: Health related, school groups, scout, churches, etc. with demonstration type exhibits for community awareness, and not selling for profit, booth fees are waived.
Sub Leasing: Booths may not be sub leased.
No tables, chairs, hardware, tools, electrical cords, or any other booth supplies will be provided. That is solely the responsibility
of the vendor. Tables must be covered with tablecloths. Each vendor is responsible for their own display and set-up. Ice and
water is vendor responsibility as well.
Set up/Break down: Set up must be prior to 9 am. Breakdown will be after 6 pm. Vendors must be present, full time, during the festival or you risk the possibility of not being invited for future fairs.
Clean Up: Leave booth area clean upon leaving. Vendor trash, cooking oil and wastewater, etc. must be removed from site and/or park.
NOTE: This is a family event! No pornographic or profane material allowed. Post 128 reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave without refunding their fees. Post 128 reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor or products or activity which, in their opinion, is not suitable for the fair. No flea market or garage sale items will be allowed. No alcoholic beverages may be served, sold, or consumed. The Fair will continue rain or shine.
