I affirm that the art/craft/food displayed at my booth is handmade by me, the exhibitor, or my co-exhibitor.

 

The fair will be held rain or shine. There will be no rain dates. Contract will be terminated only if it is impossible to hold the fair, therefore, fees will be returned to vendor as soon as meaningfully possible.

 

I understand that American Legion Morton-Richardson Post 128, the City of Richland, nor Stewart County, will be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, his employees, or goods (for any cause whatsoever) while fair premises are being occupied under this agreement. Any insurance for my property and well-being, and for any others at my booth, will be my responsibility.

 

I understand that I am responsible for any and all license, sales tax, and any insurance required by state laws. Post 128 will not be held responsible for any of these liabilities that may be due.

 

I understand that my vehicle/vehicles will be moved from the exhibition area and to a designated parking area after unloading.

 

I have read and agree to adhere to rules set forth by American Legion Post 128. I understand that I may be evicted from the fair and that I may not be invited back to future events if I fail to abide by the rules. I, as main signori, will be responsible for all persons at my booth.
